Picture postcard scenery on the journey to Carn Dearg hostel. The clear skies and sun continuing on Saturday for adventures on Beinn Eighe, three of the Fannich hills and two craggy ‘Hughs’ in Flowerdale. Sunday stayed dry but with some cloud. For some, Beinn Chearcaill with its rock strewn summit gave fantastic views of the Torridon Hills and Slioch, whilst others enjoyed exploring the coast from Red Point or the magnificent rhododendrons at Inverewe gardens.
